"Jake is a rescue from Georgia, about 4-5 years old. Crazy about treats, doesn’t even chew. Insanely energetic when we first adopted him a year ago but has calmed down since and is such a good boy.”
What small changes have you made to help the environment? “We switched to compostable plates in my restaurant, switched from plastic disposable cups to reusable metal. I also teach in an elementary school and the school composts. One mom brings a bucket of silverware to her kids class parties. The kids throw the dirty utensils back in the bucket and she’ll take the bucket home to wash.”
